Celebrities are not just admired for their talents, but also for their looks. They understand the fact that as famous personalities in the entertainment industry, they need to take care of their bodies and exert some effort to look best in front of the lenses. That being said, most of these stars are into fitness and are being strict about it, but not all the time they do like to party from time to time just look at the unflattering paparazi pictures.
After a relaxing holiday they need to get back into shape, many will have to lose 10 pounds in one week or perhaps even something more extreme. (They sometimes have to do that to get certain roles!) While others continue to train even when they are in a tropical destination relaxing and enjoying themselves.
So, here’s a list of celebrities who are quite passionate about working out. They do train regularly to help them achieve their hot bods. They don’t just settle on their stunning genes, you guys—they work even harder to look even better.
“I like what it does for my mind. If I’ve had a bad day, if I’m feeling stressed out, if I’m feeling overwhelmed—it takes it all away. It’s my antidote for everything,” she told Huffington Post. At 45, dang, Kelly looks super toned! Whenever she feels strong emotions she couldn’t quite take in, she would then go on a jogging spree.
This girl doesn’t want a 12-year-old’s physique, so she sees to it that she trains her muscles regularly. “A lot of women like to be super tiny, but I don’t want a child’s body. I want a woman’s body that is extremely fit. It’s so much sexier,” the actress told Shape magazine during a previous interview.
In order to keep her body fit and sexy and hot, the singer does lots of cardio! Who loves cardio? Well, RiRi does. Also, she has to have a trainer to keep her going. “Cardio is the key. I have a personal trainer who travels with me if we have a big event coming up. I work out every day but I need a trainer to motivate me,” she previously confessed to Elle.
Okay, let’s hear it from a legit personal trainer. For Bob, spending time at the gym is therapeutic. “For me, working out is a form of therapy, it’s cathartic for me, it’s a good stress reliever,” he told Huffington Post. After every gym session, he couldn’t help but feel so much better!
The actress looks extremely gorgeous these days, doesn’t she? Well, that’s all thanks to her being fond of exercising. “Exercise is so amazing from the inside out. I feel so alive and have so much energy,” she said in an interview with Huffington Post. She’s looking great than ever!
Queen Bey is a fitness buff, too! That’s probably the reason why she doesn’t look like she’s already given birth. Her killer curves have been consistent since time immemorial. Really, though, what does she specifically do? “I do a lot of things with little weights—like, I’ll put on a song that I really like and I’ll do [bicep curls with] 5-pound weights for the duration of the song and just try to burn out,” she revealed to SELF glossy. To anyone who dreams of having Bey’s physique, hear this one out!
When is this guy not sexy? His body has always looked on point (except when he portrays extreme roles and he has to add on or lose some weight). This guy’s secret? “…Go drip that sweat, run until we’re fatigued, to where the mind can’t ponder the past or the future, well, then you’ve got something…,” he previously told Huffington Post. Just like what many people say, “No pain, no gain.” The actor obviously believes it, firmly at that.
The reality star has sworn to love fitness for the rest of her life. “My fitness journey will be a life-long journey. Fitness is not about being better than someone else… It’s about being better than you used to be,” Khloe said in an interview with People. Hear, hear!
“It’s important to work out and be the best version of yourself that you can be,” she told Shape mag. In that same interview, she also encouraged girls to embrace their natural, womanly curves and “never feel like you have to be the skinniest girl in the room to be the prettiest”. Preach it, Kanye’s wife!
All she has to say is that she loves butt workouts. “My go-to’s are Brazilian Butt Lifts—it’s just really, really concentrating on your core and your butt—and Pilates,” she previously confessed to Harper’s BAZAAR.
“Sometimes when I get home and I’m not feeling so great, I make myself go to the gym,” she told Marie Claire. She may not say it, but she also probably loves working out her infamous butt. Right, JLO?
